The office environment. The employee has done something wrong, that made
the company lose an important contract (or she is a secretary that is
not very good at orthography, or doesn’t work hard enough, or she forgot to
register an appointment).
If you saw the movie "Secretary", you know the game (and what about playing
those scenes?)
Again, some negotiation, and she accepts corporal punishment instead of
being fired.
Formal corporate dressing. A suit for the man, a business dress for the
woman. Punish with a belt or a ruler. (Nobody has a flogger or a paddle at
the workplace) (Most office’s nowadays don’t have a ruler either, but
punishing with the PC’s keyboard will break it).

Again domestic punishments, but now with antique costumes (maids are not subject to corporal punishment anymore, I would like to believe). S/he must work hard, scrubbing, washing, cutting the grass, whatever. If s/he doesn't or is not submissive as s/he should be according to him/her low position, s/he will be punished. If the culprit is a man, you can use a whip, if a woman, the birch rod. Also a cane, of course. In France, a martinet could be used. And, everywhere, a strap or belt.
The Master must be dressed as a master (how else) and you know how a movie’s
maid, butler or gardener should dress. And male transvestite French maids
(or sissy maids) are a widespread fantasy.

This could be played also, with a twist, as a domestic punishment. Your
parents (or your mother or your father, your choice) are fed up with his/her
bratty, pampered and lazy kid, and send him/her to a stranger’s home to be
employed for some time as maid, gardener, handyman, or whatever you prefer,
for learning how hard life be if she wasn’t fortunate enough to be living
with them. And of course, the employer would have been recommended being
hard on the new servant. And how can a pampered boy or girl avoid being
punished when ordered to do a work s/he is not used or prepared to do? Or
how a proud and selfish teenager would react at being ordered around as a
servant?

Another old time scene. The dressing is less elaborate (and easier to do) than the Master/maid one. A cotton dress for the servant, a shirt, a rough trouser and boots for the farmer. The chores, the usual in farms. The punishments, you’ve got it by now.
It could be also modified for a pampered boy or girl as the one above.

The doctor, after a thorough (and humiliating) body revision, decides to abuse his/her patient. It could have other overtones, enemas and injections included, but it is not our BDSM area.
The patient is dressed as s/he likes, the doctor with a white lab coat over formal clothing. Don't forget the stethoscope, the doctor's trademark.

I would do it just as a normal boss-employee scene, just with different clothing, but you could add some specific medical punishments.

A psychologist with a behavioral background uses what is called spanking
therapy (believe it or not, it actually exists).
S/he practices an aversion therapy based on pain
and humiliation. If you didn’t behave in your life as agreed with him, he
will punish you, for conditioning you not to repeat your behavior.
So, the patient will have to confess his or her deviations, and will be
punished for them.
The therapist could dress formally, the patient as s/he likes. And many
unethical therapists engage in sex with their patients.
