The Mother Superior of the convent punishes a lewd nun for yelding to the
temptations of the flesh. A good flogging with a whip or some disciplines (a
bundle of cords can do). The punished could be a young novice (disciplines on
her bare back while kneeling with the arms extended at the sides), or the
Abbot punishes another priest for abusing his penitents. Some penance as
kneeling for a long time, rubbing floor on hands and knees or some time
face
down on the floor in a cross position are good additions.
What is good about this scenario is that with Mother Superior, Abad, nuns
and monks can be played “naturally” by any combination of genders.
The costumes should be somewhat elaborate, as priests, monks and nuns use
special clothing, but perhaps black or dark brown cloaks with hoods and
leather sandals are enough.

The penitent kneels in front of the confessor (not exactly so, buy we
like it that way) , and confesses all of her sins (if real faults, it is
more humiliating). The priest gives her adequate penance for each. If
several sins, you could give a different punishment or add a number of
lashes for each.
A good flogging with a belt on the buttocks (some monks use a piece of rope
as a belt), rope disciplines on the back (or a flogger, or a bundle of
cords), and some kneeling time would be adequate punishments. But depending
on the time, a birch rod could be adequate. Even a whip, for hideous sins or
just because the confessor is severe.
In real life, the confessor can only be a man, because in the Catholic
Church women can’t be priests, but, in the future, or in some little known
sect…
Of course, you could have a lewd priest that sexually “abuses” his penitent.

After several Catholic ones, one that is not. I’m thinking on a (movie’s, no insult intended) Amish or Quaker or the like. The punishment will be delivered with a belt or a rod (“spare the rod and spoil the child”) for dancing, for singing profane songs (rock is the music of the devil), for chatting to a boy (or girl), for idleness or any other sin. The punishment could be complemented by some imposition, maybe kneeling at the middle of the room for everybody watching he grimaces.
Instead of a child, the punished could be the wife, and the faults could
be lazyness, gossiping, being a shrew, and the like. And why not,
there could be a strong woman that takes control and punishes her husband
for laziness, drinking or swearing.
The clothing, as in the cereal box, or as in Harrison Ford’s “Witness”. For
her a buttoned to the neck cotton dress with long sleeves and reaching to
the ankles and a cap covering all her hair (no skin can be seen for not
temping the males). For him, overalls (dungarees?), a checkered shirt, work
boots and a straw or a flat brim hat. An ”U” beard (without moustaches)
would look good, but it is not mandatory.

He is one of those apocalyptic preachers who believe children (and
teenagers) are bad and can only be saved from the devil’s temptations by
generous doses of the rod. What if you misbehaved at church? Talked? Dozed
while he was preaching? I would use a cane or a strap, and some time in the
corner or kneeling.
Any time in the last five hundred years.
The preacher has just a dark suit, the “child” with clothing corresponding
to the chosen time.

Or maybe he is the head of a conservative sect that preaches discipline
and self-denial, and that physically punishes the sinners. It should include
a humiliating scold and a confession of the sins before the penance, and
showing repentance by asking for pardon on her knees, and submitting to a
hard chore afterwards. We believe that a cane on the buttocks (the rod of
penance) is adequate punishment, but it could be a whip on the back.
If the sect preaches free love or adoration of its leader, some sex could be
included.

A demon has taken possession of his or her body.
You could use pain and torture on the victim for driving the creature away.
If it is a lust demon, you could drive it away by frustration. Manipulate
the possessed body for arousing him or her, but instead of giving the evil
creature satisfaction, frustrate it by punishing the victim. Repeat until
the creature goes away, looking for a more rewarding body . Only, don’t
overdo it, because you could condition your sub for not responding to sexual
stimuli. It could be fine for this scene, but it could ruin some others (and
your entire relationship).
Or maybe the lustful devil makes a normal girl behave as the lewdest whore,
offering herself to the exorcist, and trying all tricks for tempting the
exorcist before being restrained and tortured. In this case, maybe a little
cunt (or balls, in any case with the light instruments and the outmost care)
whipping could be appropriate.
And what could happen to the exorcist if the demon wins?

You go to the temple of an ancient god (Roman, Greek, Egyptian,
Barbarian, Aztec, your choice) for worshipping, and you are chosen as the
sacrificial victim in the ceremony.
The God or Goddess accepts the suffering of his/her worshippers as an
offering, but do not accept sacrificial deaths (they are not safe or sane,
and the Divinity visited our site). Torture the worshipper at your heart’s
satisfaction. It’s for a good cause. Maybe she could be forced to dance a
provocative dance on the nude as part of the ceremony.
The Priest is in a white robe or gown, the victim in the clothing of the
chosen culture until the beginning of the ceremony. Gods like nude
offerings. Lots of fantasy novels for inspiration.
