![]() | This is the "falaka" position. The original uses a falaka, with the feet held high by a pole that is held by two men. Widely used is also a rope, and it is easier, because the rope an be tied to something, with no need for the two holders. All its advantages are here: both partners front to front, the top can see the face expressions and all movements of the bottom, and she can see the top ready to hit. If the knots that hold the rope are far enough, it is not necessary to bind the culprit's hands.
|
| In this, as in all the ones that follow, you can bind the feet together, and hit both simultaneously, or spread them, hitting alternating one and the other.
|
| This is almost the falaka, without the two helpers. If you don't have a horse (a stout saw horse is enough, there's no need for a sophisticated BDSM one), any horizontal crossbar will do. The feet are traditionally bound below the pole, firmly against it, for restricting the movements. Of course, you could prefer binding the feet over the pole. For stability, tie the hands to the upper crossbar passing the rope under the near low crossbar.

Another version of the falaka, adapted for to two people and a bed. The pillow is not only for comfort, but also for putting the sub's face in a better angle for the show. The feet can be bound together or separated . If together, the big toes can be tied with each other and to the ankles, for tensing the feet backwards

| The feet can be flogged with the bottom laying on the bed. If the feet are bound together, you should bind also the subs hands, because, being flexible enough, s/he could reach the knots.
