Impositions - Variations (2)

For positional punishments (cont)

Holding Things

Make her hold something on the extended arms.

Most people can’t do it for more than two or three minutes. For a long lasting fun, have your bottom hold the arms bending slightly, elbows down, hands at shoulder height, things on the hands. After some time, the shoulders will “burn”.

A typical army punishment is making the punished hold a rifle at the front or over the head, but if you don’t have a rifle, you can make her hold a broom or the like, or the instrument with which she will be or was punished.

Or make her hold a tray with a (plastic, unbreakable) glass, full to the brim, on her extended (or slightly bent) arms. Any spill should be punished. Or use the tray as a coffee table. Take your time...

Balancing things

Balancing something on the palm or the back of the hands, traditionally books, but it could be a couple of (unbrakeable) glasses of water or any other pair of objects you find suitable. Or make her balance it in other parts of the body, if appropriate.

You also can make the sub balance something over the head. Walking with a book on the head is a traditional exercise for improving the walking posture and movement.
