Restrictions (2)

Restricting her movements

If you plan to use long time bindings, be sure that they not interfere with normal blood circulation. It is better using a chain and small locks, because that way you can leave room for a little finger between the skin and the chain without compromising the binding. Handcuffs usually don’t have enough chain between them to be of use. (Don’t lose the keys. The implements are usually sold with two sets of keys. I save one as a backup on a box at hand, for using it just in an emergency, and use the other).

Using the bathroom

You can't forbid her the use of the bathroom for too long, but you can use her needs for punishment.

Give as a punishment a restricted schedule for using the bathroom, i.e.: Using it first time in the morning, before going to bed and just one or two (for a man) or two or three( for a woman) other times a day (allow for individual needs). When in need, she should request permission and stand in attention in front of the punisher until granted.

You could also:

Fidgeting while waiting should not be allowed.

Incontinence should be severely punished.

Sleep deprivation

This has been a way of torturing people for most of history. Don't overdo it, because it can be unhealthful.

What I'm thinking here is not about having her awake the full night, but about making her finish her impositions, or the normal chores she couldn't complete because of her punishments, after bedtime (and after anything you want her for before you go to sleep. Just imagine her having to get up for cleaning the dishes or copying lines after having enjoyed good sex ).

And of course, don't let her oversleep the next morning.

You could also delay her impositions until finishing the day's routine (and checking carefully the results the next morning).

Do it Friday or Saturday night, for not interfering with her work responsibilities.

Enjoy your subs predicament...
