Crouching

A painful punishment position even after a short time, crouching can be compared to the eastern murgha. It is not as hard as "sitting on air", so it can be used for longer periods. 

Just make her crouch, and let her there for some minutes.

You could also:

• In the corner, with her forehead against the wall. (It is easier at the beginning, but after some time also the forehead hurts). If she must leave shortly afterwards, be aware that it will probably leave a very visible red patch there.
• With the forehead and knees against the wall.
• Make her walk crouching.

 

Be creative; make your own variation by combinations of the above.

The table

Make her serve you the meal and use her straight back as a table while she stands in all fours in front of you. Don't hurry, enjoy your meal. You can use a tray, or just put the things on her back. (if she is naked, try keeping a glass of ice cold drink there)

 

You know what to do if she moves, or curves her back. And if she spills something…

• Face up is very uncomfortable for the subject. Be sure the back is straight. Her buttocks should not hang down.

 

 

• Or make her kneel and hold a tray on her extended or bent arms for using it as a coffee table.  Any spill will be punished.

The stool

 

• You could also use her as a stool for resting your feet while reading, or watching TV.

 

• You could sit on her back (on the buttocks, directly over the knees, not in the middle, you could hurt her back)

The couch

A very comfortable possibility (at least for the dom) is using her as a couch. Make her lay on the floor, face up, with her knees bent and seat on her  hips (not on her stomach, you will hamper her breathing)

 

 

You could make her hold your feet with her hands, for resting with your legs extended, or, for added humiliation,

 

 

rest your feet on her face (you could rub them a little, but gently).

The tripod

The sub makes a tripod with her legs and head. The legs should be totally extended and well separated, the hands at the back, perhaps with the arms crossed. The position is difficult to keep and very uncomfortable.

 

 

You could make the punishment somewhat easier making her rest her head on a pillow or on her arms crossed at the floor
