Sitting still

Make her sit at a table, hands palm down on the surface, head straight, looking at the front,

 

 

or with just a chair, with the hands on her knees. The feet should be flat on the floor, knees and feet together.

 

 

 

Total immobility and absolute silence is the requirement of this punishment. Any movement, however small, moving the head, looking at the sides, any noise, any cracking of the chair, any shuffling of the feet should be punished, maybe by restarting the punishment time, maybe with some spanking.

 

Another punishment for moving could be tying her legs together at ankles and knees, or knees and ankles to the chair's legs.

 

Finally, for enforcing the total immobility you could make her pass the arms over the top of the back of the chair and tying elbows and wrists to the upper part of the chair's legs.

 

 

Of course, if she reaches the stage at which you have to bind her, the punishment period should be much longer.

 

And what if she has to sit still on the welts left by the cane on her buttocks? After a spanking, you could make it harder by making her sit on wooden seat’s chair or stool (or putting a wooden board on the chair’s seat), an uncomfortable mat, or using a low cookie tray or the like, on beans or pebbles.

Sitting on a mat

Make your sub sit on a coir (coconut fiber) or other rough and hard doormat. The first 10 minutes are doable...but then it gets really irritating! And you could try with one made of wire mesh.

 

  

 

It gets better if done after a hard spanking. (Hit very low on the buttocks and top of the thighs, on the area that rests on the chair when sitting).

We use these mats because they are uncomfortable, but there is one that was designed for being uncomfortable, what we could properly call a punishment mat. It is called a pet training mat and it is a plastic mat with hard pins on the surface.

 

 

It is used by putting them on places where you don't want your pet to sit, because the pins make it uncomfortable. And that is exactly the reason for putting them on places where we will force our "pet" to sit (thanks Angie).

 

Nice for adding some extra punishment when writing lines or essays.

 

Sitting on a chair with the doormat on top while doing corner time is quite severe.

 

 

To make things worse, tie her feet to the legs of the chair so all her weight is on her bottom. (thanks, Andreas)

Sitting on air

Make her sit on the air with her back against the wall and her thighs parallel to the floor. The feet should be just under the knees, not to the back or the front, to avoid damaging the knees.

 

 

 

Some time there, and you’ll see her legs trembling (and hear her pleading for mercy).

 

You could also make her just sit on the air, without the wall.

 

 

And a severe teacher could add a ruler over the knees. And don't dare to let it fall...

Finger on the floor

As the former was from Orient, this is from our side. It was used for school punishments.

 

Just bent, in one foot and pressing a finger on the floor for helping the balance.

 

 

The position is as uncomfortable as it looks. Just wait a while...

 

If you prefer, you can make her bend with both feet on the floor. If so, and to be sure that she is not cheating, make her hold a nail standing (point down) on the floor with her finger. If the nail falls...
