Impositions - Physical effort (5)

Carrying weights

You will need a lot of heavy things (bricks, for example, but be careful, they are hard on the hands’ skin, or perhaps small barbeque coal or briquettes sacks, the 4 kg (8 pounds) ones are ok) (and you can use them on the grill afterwards).

The idea is taking the things from one place and moving them to another place far away.

She must move one or a bunch of them at a time, leave them at the other place, come back and get another bunch.

The number of rounds will depend on how many objects you begin with. If not enough for a good punishment, when finished you can make her move back all of them to the original position (and then she will not know whether she will have to carry them many times).

The severity of the punishment should be controlled by the number of rounds, not the weight of the objects. The exercise is hard on the knees and lower back, and too much weight can be dangerous.

Inside the house, where it is difficult to keep many heavy things (and where you don’t need charcoal powder everywhere, getting rid of it afterwards is all but impossible) you can manage with just two heavy objects, bags with books, for instance, similar but with some visible external difference.

You begin with one object in each place (if possible, the second in another room). She must pick up one, carry it to the other place, leave it there, pick up the one there and carry it back to the original place. You will need two, because with only one object, and you in one of the rooms, she could cheat making the task easier by just turning around in the other room without the need of leaving one and picking up the other. If she must come back with a different object, she cannot.

And you must count (or make her count loud) how many rounds she makes. A good way of counting is having two bowls, one with as many marbles, pebbles or so as rounds she must make, and the other empty. She must move one of the objects from one bowl to the other for each turn. Check that she doesn’t cheat moving more than one at a time.

You can use all the usual variations. Tell her how many turns, give her a time to complete them, or don’t tell and let her wonder or just keep her at it until she is tired and punished enough. It is hard work, don’t overdo it.

Or make it harder:

Jumping

The sub must touch the ground with her hand, and then jump. The jump doesn’t have to be high, but both feet should leave the floor. Make her do it for some time or for a number of repetitions.

This a severe punishment, because it is hard exercise. The sub should be fit, and it can hurt the knees if repeated for too long.

Jumping the rope

Even what is normally considered playing can be a punishment if forced. Maker her jump the rope for some time or a number of times.

You could additionally punish her every time she fails and stops the rope.

Remember it is hard, do not use if the sub is not fit and don’t abuse anyway.
