Forced exercising

Another one used by the military. Any traditional exercise, if repeated for long enough, will be hard and painful.

 

Be sure that your bottom is fit enough for this kind of stress, which is hard on the heart, joints and lungs. It is exercising, so it should begin with a warming up, and finish with elongations, or other cooling down routines.

 

Favorites:

 

You can make her do one exercise many times, or a set of them. Slower is harder.

 

The exercises could be dynamic or static. Instead of making her do many repetitions, or sets, make her stay for some time in the middle of an exercise, say down during the squats, or middle way in a push up, or at the top of a crunch.

 

Set a time or a number of repetitions. An old time drill sergeant would encourage the culprit with his leather belt.

 

And what about doing the exercises in the nude or at least, bare chested?

 

For the push ups you could stand at the front of the punished and make her kiss a foot (and perhaps thank you) on each repetition . (thanks, John)

 

Or getting her up in the middle of the night, or at dawn for her “gym” session.

 

If you push hard enough, your bottom will remember it when getting up next morning.

 

A possible variation is preparing a one-hour routine, with several exercises.

 

Then make her follow it, and, when sure that is hard but doable, record your voice guiding her in the routine, with your indications and encouragement, shouting and pushing her to her limit.

 

From then on, you can be comfortably seated on the shadow with an iced drink on your hand, watching her sweating at the sun while she exercises at her recorded master’s voice (or stay seated in your warm and cozy home, looking thru the window how she works outside in the cold). Jogging in place

This is one of the favorite impositions of PE teachers. (They also use running around a field and spankings with the slipper).

 

Simply , make her jog in the same place. For all the length of the punishment, she should maintain a regular rhythm and her knees should go up until the thighs are parallel to the floor.

Have a slipper, a belt or a wet towel (another classic) ready ,  for encouraging her if you think she is slackening.

She should jog until she is panting and fairly tired. Of course, this punishment is hard on heart, knees and ankles, so do not overdo it. Make it adequate to the punished’s health and fitness condition.

If the punished is naked, you will see some things shaking, different in man and woman, but an amusing show anyway, no matter his/her sex (or yours). Maybe you should let her wear running shoes, for the benefit of her feet and ankles.

For making it harder, you could make her hold something (a broom, for instance) at the front on her extended (or slightly bent) arms while jogging. Or maybe over her head.

Running around a field

This is also a good and common punishment. Only, it requires a field to run around.

But it could be replaced by trotting around you (or some objects, a couple of chairs, separated as much as possible, could do).

Force her to maintain a regular pace for all the session. Don’t let her slowing when tired and keep her knees going up.

You could establish a number of laps, or minutes, (and punish her if she cannot complete them) or just make her run until you are satisfied (and she is pretty tired).

Again, be careful not to hurt her if she is not fit enough for the task.

Walking with a backpack

Fill a backpack with heavy objects (books are appropriate) and make her walk around for some time with it on her back. Or make her do some useful work, like cleaning the dishes or ironing. Be careful, if the backpack is too heavy it could hurt her back or waist.

 

For additional punishment, at the outside she could walk barefoot. Inside, with peas on her shoes. With bare chest, the straps will be hard on her shoulders (caution: they can rise blisters or abrade the skin).
