Impositions - Doggie like

Crawling

Make her crawl on all fours, (as a toddler, or as a dog, as you prefer to view it) as a punishment (for some distance or time) or as a restriction, making her continue her life like this.

Crawling for too long, on on a rough floor could peel off her knees.

If she has been bitchy, punish her by making her act as a real bitch. Naked, crawling in all fours, with her dog collar and maybe a leash, make her act as a dog, barking or whining. You could take her for a walk. You don’t need to go outside, if you can’t. Just a walk around the house can be enough

Of course, you could encourage good doggie behavior with a short dog whip, the free end of the leash, a riding crop or with just a tree branch used as a switch.

Some other possibilities for punishing doggies follow.

Fetch

Toss a ball or similar object and make her fetch it and return it to you in all fours, while you sit comfortably reading or watching TV (or enjoying the show of her fetching).

You could punish her with a slap or lash on the buttocks if she doesn't get them back fast enough. (thanks, slutpony)

Dog feeding

Make her eat her food on all fours with her mouth from a dog dish. A dog would eat , for instance, unsalted rice with beef bits (preferably cold).

If you want to make her eat dog food, (wet is worse) be sure that you get one made with human grade ingredients. Even so, it is not totally safe (not even for actual pets).

Don't let her use her paws (sorry, hands).

She could have to lick the dish clean afterwards (she can hold the dish between her wrists, or make it rest against a wall if needed), doggie style.

Or make her ask for food like a dog, and make her eat from your hand.

You could also throw her the morsels, and make her catch them with her mouth. If she misses them, she could have to get it with her mouth from the floor.

She could have to drink from the toilet bowl (but be sure it is clean). (thanks Janey)

Doggie relief

While she is a dog, use her physical needs for punishment. When she needs to use the bathroom, as she cannot beg, she will have to whine or scratch at the (external or bathroom) door.

You can take her outside, to do on the grass, or inside, on papers or on the bathtub, of course on all fours, crouching or lifting a leg, as a dog would. (Don’t worry about the mess. She will have to wash it herself afterwards)

For being sure that she will need it, make her lap up a bowl full of water at the beginning of the punishment.

Training your dog

Train your doggie to do the typical dog tricks:

You could also train her for doing the tricks responding to hands gestures instead of vocal orders.

Make her repeat each exercise several times until she gets it right, and of course, punish every error, lack of obedience or attention. You could reward each success with a candy or tasty morsel, of course taken with her mouth from your hand.

Repeat the sessions frequently, for keeping the knowledge fresh .

Pushing a ball

A pretty humiliating one, as it is an useless chore. With your sub on all fours, make her push a ball around with her nose. Any small ball can do, but a ping-pong ball is my favorite, because they are very light and difficult to control.

You could make her push it from wall to wall and back in an as straight like as she can manage, or you could make a path marked by objects on the floor.

Set a time or a number of rounds, and punish clumsiness, not reaching the goals or using her paws (I mean, hands).

And what if you design a "racetrack" on the floor (two parallel straight lines could do, if you are in a hurry) using chalk or duct tape, and make her push the ball around it? You could follow and punish her with a crop or a belt every time the ball touches or passes the edges of the track. The laps could be timed, as in any race, getting her a punishment if she is too slow (and as humans are supposed to learn, the second lap should be faster...)
