Punishment tasks or impositions and restrictions are among the oldest techniques for behavior modification. Some of them, like grounding, money restrictions or not allowing her to use the TV, phone or PC get good results, but we will list here some that not only punish the culprit, but are also fun for the punisher. (Our site is about erotic fantasy, not education).

 

Of course, we publish them for fantasy play among consenting adults, not for punishing children, and, as always, we write as men punishing women. Put the right gender to suit your taste.

 

Many of the punishments below are honored by a long tradition of use in schools, at home, or in the military, and have been "enhanced" with our contributor's and our own ideas.

 

What most of them have in common is that the punished has to submit to a painful, boring, and/or humiliating task or position, accepting the punishment by her free will, accepting the right of the top to inflict the punishment (or at least, submitting for fear of a harsher punishment if she doesn’t).

 

She will have, time and time again, to make the decision on continuing submitting, increasing the pain, boredom, or humiliation, or quitting, facing another punishment.

 

Try them, but don’t overdo it. Be careful and don’t hurt your sub.

 

From this version (09/2005) on,  we split from the original impositions the variations that could be used on many of them. So now you should read your favorite punishment and the variations that can be used on it, but you can mix and match, enhancing your game.
